Gaia is the Greek Goddess of the Earth and Ecosystems, symbolising holistic, symbiotic relationships that promote growth and sustainability.
I offer all aspects of Workplace Health and Wellbeing management, from data collection and analysis, to strategy and policy writing, and delivery of training on a wide range of workplace Health and Wellbeing topics. Particularly interested in mental health and wellbeing at work, including exposure to potentially traumatic work, and Grief, Loss, and Bereavement.
I’m Sam Langford, the founder of Gaia Workplace Wellbeing, and this is what I believe each work environment should be. An environment that ensures each individual can be their whole self, experience personal growth and actualisation of health and wellbeing needs, leading to a productive, empowered and engaged workforce; and a thriving business.
That’s why I founded Gaia Workplace Wellbeing. To help businesses thrive. I believe that workplace health and wellbeing should be embedded into everything that a business does; if your people are your greatest asset, having a strong, holistic health and wellbeing strategy will ensure they thrive.
Whether you are just beginning to think about health and wellbeing for your organisation, or need some advice on how to really embed the ideas and initiatives you already have, I can help.
